Shipping:
All pricing is South African based, unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are included on a quotation. Method of shipment decided by the organisation. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipment is approximately 2-4 weeks after receipt of payment.
Taxes:
Any applicable sales tax that we are required to collect will be added to the invoice unless an exemption certificate accompanies the order.
Payment:
Payment is required when ordering unless you have a credit account. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Instant eft and Zapper.
Returns and Cancellations:
If any of our products are defective or not as ordered, you must notify us within 45 days of shipment date. In order to have products replaced, provide us with proof via a sample from the production lot and/or scanned image. We will use this to validate the claim and take action. We cannot replace products that were not used for their intended purpose. If we make an error in entering, filling, or shipping an order, the product is returnable for a full replacement. We will accept the return transportation charges provided we are notified within 45 days of shipment and we arrange to have them shipped back on our shipping account. If reproduction of the product is necessary, we will replace the defective merchandise at no charge based on the actual quantity of the product returned. No returns for any reason will be accepted without prior authorization. Custom marked goods are not returnable if you made an error in ordering. Returns of non-customized products are subject to 10% restocking fee and require a Return Authorization Number. Cancellation of an order accepted by us can be made only with our consent and upon terms that will indemnify us against loss.
Warranty:
We disclaim all other warranties, expressed or implied, other than those as set forth within this agreement. Our only obligation shall be, at our option to replace, or give you full credit or refund the cost of that quantity of the product proven to be defective. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, you shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use. You assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by one of our officers.

All prices are South African Based although exporting products will incur additional charges. Our request for payment is in no way a reflection of your integrity, ability to pay, or credit standing.
